While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

PGMO: IOFs have killed about 90 Palestinians, including 32 children, 22 women, every day in Gaza

Saturday 26-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Isma'eel Al-Thawabta, Director General of the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in the Gaza Strip, revealed on Saturday shocking figures documenting the scale of genocide by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) against Palestinian civilians since the onset of the war.

Al-Thawabta explained that the IOFs pattern of killing Palestinians in Gaza include the daily killing of about 90 Palestinians. Among those, received in Gaza hospitals, there are about 32 children and 22 women, he said, adding that there is also the daily enforced disappearance of about 20 Palestinians.

Approximately 207 Palestinians are injured daily with varying degrees of injury, according to the PGMO Director.

The PGMO head also stated that four Palestinian families are entirely wiped out every day while nine families are also wiped out every day but with only one member remaining.

Al-Thawabta pointed out that these statistics represent part of the ongoing humanitarian tragedy in the Gaza Strip, amid international silence towards such Israeli crimes against civilians, calling on the international community to take urgent action to stop this humanitarian catastrophe.

Israeli occupation forces continue large-scale military onslaught on Toulkarm and its refugee camp, for 90th day

TULKARM, April 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation's aggression on the city of Toulkarm and its refugee camp has entered its 90th day, and on the Nur Shams camp its 77th day, amid ongoing military escalation and repeated raids and incursions by occupation forces across the city and its two camps.

WAFA correspondent reported hearing the sounds of heavy gunfire this morning near the Martyr Saif Abu Libda roundabout at the western entrance to the Nour Shams refugee camp. This followed intensive occupation forces' movements around the Employees' Housing neighborhood in the Iktaba suburb adjacent to the camp, where they raided a house and destroyed surveillance cameras.

The correspondent added that the occupation forces continue to send military reinforcements, including vehicles and infantry units, into the city, its two camps, and its suburbs, accompanied by heavy firing of live ammunition and sound bombs.

They also raid and search homes and shops, destroying their contents and subjecting those present to interrogation.

Last night, Israeli occupation forces raided a number of homes in the eastern neighborhood of Toulkarm, amid a heavy pedestrian presence in the area.

This morning, Israeli occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on Nablus Street, at the entrance to Toulkarm refugee camp, obstructing the movement of residents and their vehicles.

Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps are witnessing a heavy deployment of Israeli occupation forces, firing live ammunition and sound bombs. This coincides with a tight siege of these camps, accompanied by raids and vandalism of homes, and forcing the remaining residents to evacuate their homes at gunpoint.

The Israeli occupation forces also continue to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, converting them into military barracks after forcibly evacuating their residents. Their vehicles and bulldozers are stationed in the vicinity.

Yesterday, Israeli bulldozers closed the eastern entrance to the city, adjacent to Nour Shams refugee camp, with earth mounds. They also closed Nablus Street near the Martyr Saif Abu Libdeh roundabout leading to the camp, exacerbating the suffering of citizens and restricting their movement.

The Israeli occupation's ongoing aggression and escalation against the city of Toulkarm and its two camps resulted in the deaths of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens were also injured and arrested.

It also resulted in the forced displacement of more than 4,200 families from the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps, comprising more than 24,000 citizens, along with hundreds of citizens from the northern neighborhood of the city after their homes were seized and a number of them converted into military barracks.

The aggression caused widespread destruction to infrastructure, including homes, shops, and vehicles, which were completely and partially demolished, burned, vandalized, looted, and stolen. 396 homes were completely destroyed and 2,573 partially destroyed in the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps.

Israeli violations in the West Bank led to the displacement of 29 Palestinian communities, comprising 311 families with a total of around 2,000 people, between October 7, 2023, and the end of 2024, according to the Commission.

UN official: Aid supplies continue dwindling in Gaza, exacerbating humanitarian suffering

NEW YORK, April 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

Jonathan Whittall, Head of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the occupied Palestinian territory, warned on Saturday of dwindling aid supplies and a shrinking capacity for humanitarian organizations to operate, as humanitarian needs continue to grow across Gaza.

Speaking to reporters from northern Gaza, Whittall said that aid agencies are continuing their efforts, despite immense challenges, to provide assistance wherever possible.

He stressed that residents in the Gaza Strip are facing suffocating conditions and unending suffering, as a total and prolonged closure has remained in effect for nearly two months. Hospitals are overcrowded, and critical supplies needed to provide treatment have run out, he added.

Trump administration strips UNRWA of legal immunity in court filing

NEW YORK, April 26, 2025 (WAFA) –

The administration of US President Donald Trump has decided to lift the immunity of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), not considering it part of the United Nations, which would allow it to be sued in US courts.

This statement came in a legal document submitted by the US Department of Justice to a federal court in New York last Thursday. The document is part of a serious lawsuit against UNRWA, accusing it of covering up for employees who participated in the events of October 7, 2023, and demanding exorbitant financial compensation.

This shift reflects the US administration's hardline stance toward the UN agency, especially in light of repeated Israeli accusations against UNRWA.

Since his first term as US president in 2017, President Donald Trump has worked to combat UNRWA and cut its funding, with the aim of eliminating the refugee issue.

UNRWA's legal defense team described these accusations as "not serious," asserting that the agency enjoys legal immunity as a UN agency, a position adopted by previous US administrations.

UN: Israel’s war on Gaza has destroyed the lives of 2.2 million Palestinians

Saturday 26-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The United Nations said that the ongoing Israeli war of extermination and ethnic cleansing, lasting for more than 18 months, combined with the continued complete blockade and the prevention of aid entry into the Gaza Strip for two months, has destroyed the lives of 2.2 million Palestinians and caused near-total devastation of the basic infrastructure civilians rely on to survive in the Strip.

In a report issued on Friday, the United Nations explained that the World Food Program (WFP) delivered the last of its remaining food stocks today to the hot meal kitchens in Gaza, and it is expected that these kitchens will completely run out of food in the coming days.

The report announced that over the past weeks, hot meal kitchens have been the only consistent source of food assistance for the people of Gaza. Although they reached only half of the population and met just 25% of daily food needs, they provided a critical lifeline.

The WFP warned that the situation inside Gaza has once again reached a breaking point: “Coping mechanisms are exhausted, and the fragile gains made during the brief ceasefire have been erased. Unless urgent action is taken to open the crossings for aid and trade, the WFP may be forced to end its vital assistance.”

Meanwhile, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) said that the complete closure imposed by Israel on Gaza, and the prevention of life-saving aid from reaching civilians—including food and fuel—has now entered its eighth week.

It confirmed that bakeries in the Strip have ceased operations due to a lack of flour and cooking fuel, basic food prices are rising, and Israeli attacks at sea continue to destroy Gaza’s fishing industry. With the cessation of food aid, remaining stockpiles are rapidly depleting, placing Gaza’s population, especially vulnerable groups and children, at increased risk of starvation.

The OHCHR also noted that the Israeli occupation forces continue to target civilian objects essential for the survival of the civilian population. Between April 21 and 22, the occupation army carried out deliberate and coordinated attacks across three governorates in Gaza, destroying 36 heavy machines, including excavators, water trucks, and sewage suction tankers. These machines are used by Gaza municipalities for humanitarian relief operations, such as rubble removal, water distribution, and maintenance of vital sewage systems.

According to the OHCHR, the destruction of these vehicles is likely to severely hinder rescue operations, including the retrieval of the wounded from under the rubble, debris clearance to allow ambulance movement, provision of safe drinking water, solid waste collection, and operation of sewage networks—thus increasing the risk of disease outbreaks.

The UN office warned that “deliberate attacks on civilian objects are illegal and constitute a war crime under international humanitarian law.”

In a related matter, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) reported that nearly 50% of the displaced and affected population in the Gaza Strip are women and girls.

The OHCHR estimates that “nearly 70% of those killed in Gaza between October 7, 2023, and March 31, 2025, were women and children.”

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
